MINISTER | SINGER | SPEAKER | AUTHOR
Life for Rosalind Elliott began in Lancaster, South Carolina. It was there that she learned at an early age her gift of song and her passion for music. Through the foundation and roots of her home church Cedar Rock Missionary Baptist Church, she began to actively seek God's will for her life. This eventually evolved into Rosalind listening to the voice of God and answering her call to ministry. Today, she serves faithfully at the Rock Hill Baptist Church under the leadership of the Reverend Howard W. Cureton, Jr. as an associate minister.
As a singer, she co-wrote and produced songs for a popular group in Lancaster, South Carolina called the Instruments of Praise for their album Praise Unleashed. Most recently in 2016 and 2017, she was selected to perform the National Anthem for the Columbia Fireflies, a minor league baseball team in Columbia, South Carolina.
In 2017, Rosalind authored her first book called Beyond The Walls: Freedom Is Calling which gives a first hand account of some of her private pain and public victories. She goes beyond the walls of her heart to encourage you to believe in yourself and never give up no matter the circumstances. Beyond The Walls: Freedom Is Calling is available now on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Now, she is getting ready to release her first solo single "I Shall Not Want" on all digital outlets February 26, 2021.
Jeremiah 29:11 says "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future." Rosalind's purpose is clear, to inspire and educate for the rest of her life.
