The F word

If I had a $100 for every time I heard something about forgiveness this week, I would at least have $1000! Offenses are on the rise like gas prices, but the gas prices are temporary. If you’re not careful, not extending forgiveness can cause you permanent damage. As I said in a previous post, it can make you harm yourself. How, you might ask? If You see see the person that hurt You, Your body tenses up. Your blood pressure goes up, and Your adrenaline gets you wired. All because You couldn’t let it go. Nobody said that it would be easy to do it, but you have to choose to do it. Make up in your mind to be free! I mean can you really be free with part of your mind chained to something that happened 3, 5, 10 or even 30 years ago? No, you can’t. So, talk to the Lord and see a therapist if you have to. Get free so you can make room for the great memories that await you. Be blessed and be free! 🤗
